A3SS-XT9 Double pump sets HPC systems(High pressure coolant&Filtraion systems) features a dual-pump group design, which can be used individually or in combination. The same system can smultaneously meet the usage requirements of two workstations and two machine toos, reducing the procurement cost of equipping one machine tool with a central water supply system. Combined use can adapt to diferent needs,such as having both central water supply and chip removal functions while also having a high-pressure fushing function. This avoids the need to configure a large-flow, large-sized high-pressure screw pump, thus avoiding unnecessary waste.
Typical application scenario
Suitable for heavy chip-cutting conditions, with single/double bag fiter confiqurations and a vertical installation of dual pump sets. Compatible with double-spindle vertical machining centers, double-spindle vertical lathes,vertical turret machines, etc. For rough and finish machining of production lines, suitable for processing steel parts, aluminum parts, stainless steel parts, etc.
