AK-PWZD Low profile paper fiter mainly consists of the following parts: liquid tank, waste cloth tank, filter non-woven fabric (commonly known as filter doth), transmission structure, signal transmission mechanism, reducer and liquid supply pump, etc. The filter machine can automatically replace the filter cloth. When the filter cloth is clogged, the liquid level rises, the signal device sends a signal, and the filter cloth starts to be renewed. As the liquid level drops, the filter machine stops rotating and enters the next working filtration cycle. The clean liquid entering the liquid tank is conveyed to the main unit by the liquid pump. Can thoroughly remove various metal and non-metal fine impurities in the coolant (oil), and is especially suitable for various grinding machines,honing machines and other precision processing machine tools.
