AK-YC Magnetic chip conveyors uses the magnetic force generated by permanent magnetic materials to adsorb iron chips to the working panel. It can convey powdered, granular and less than 50mm iron chips generated during dry processing, or separate broken iron chips (excuding powder) from oil and coolant,and convey them to the designated chip removal point or chip collection box.The equipment realizes quantitative chip removal without overload risk.The working panel and the shell are reliably sealed, running smoothly,with low noise and long service lfe. It is widely used in CNC machine tools, modular machine tools, machining centers,gear processing machine tools, and drilling, milling, boring, reaming, puling and other mechanical processing equipment and automated assembly lines.
