A3SS-XT15 Drum HPC systems(High pressure coolant&Filtraion systems) is composed of several parts, indluding a liquid tank, a dirt collection tank, flter paper, a reducer, a transmission mechanism, a signaling mechanism, and a liquid supply pump.Durng operation, filter paper is used to separate fine chips and impurities from the coolant.The labyrinth design is equipped with multiple filter screens for easy cleaning. The core component of the integrated chip removal system for high-pressure screw pumps features high pressure, large flow rate and high performance.In addition, there are three-stage filters with micron-level filtration, which can effectively protect the machine tool spinde and rotary joints.
Typical application scenario
Suitable for various finishing conditions, it employs a drum fiter and is compatible with rough and finish machining on production lines such as five-axis, vertical/horizontal machining centers, and turn-milling complexes. It is adaptable to the processing of steel,aluminum, stairless steel, and other material. For ferromagnetic iron chips,it can also be used in conjunction with a magnetic separator.
