AK-CX Magnetic separation filter

AK-CX Magnetic separation filter consists of the following parts: reducer box body, magnetic roller,rubber roller and chip scraper,etc. The reducer drives the magnetc roller to perform circular motion.After the coolant containing powder-like magnetic impurties enters the box, the impurities are adsorbed onto the outer wall of the magnetic roller. Through the pressure of the rubber roller the liquid caried by the impurities is squeezed out. Finaly, the scraper separates the impurities from the magnetic roller and they fall into the dirt box. Ferrite or neodymium iron boron permanent magnetic materials are adopted, generating a powerful magnetic field that can continuously remove chips. It is widely applied in the purification of cutting fluids containing powder without impurities, such as surface grinding machines, internal and external cylindrical grinding machines, and centerless grinding machines.
