A3SS-XT3 HPC systems(High pressure coolant&Filtraion systems) with control cabinet can work independently. Applicable to old machine tools, imported machine tools with central water function, without changing the existing operation program of the machine to run. The PLC control cabinet can be changed to the control mode of other modules, such as AKP module,Terminal Box, etc. XT3 is equipped with a pressure-regulating relief valve, which can manually adjust any pressure value of 0-type selection, and the standard overflow device, when the level controller fails or other emergencies to ensure that the cutting fluid will not overflow the tank and ensure the leanliness of the processing site.

Typical application scenario

All controls are integrated in the PLC cabinet and can be independenty controlled. This reduces the trouble of editing systemlogic for end customers, as they only need to provide switch signals. Optimize the open interface design to be compatible with vertical/horizontal machining centers, gantry machines, and turning and milling compound equipment. Verify the efficient processing of steel and aluminum parts, and take into account the application of light cutting of castings.
