A3SS-XT14 Vacuum belt filter HPC systems(High pressure coolant&Filtraion systems) is a filtering device that uses the negative pressure generated by the suction pump to accelerate the fiter medium from the dirty liquid chamber to the clean liquid chamber. Compared with ordinary flat mesh paper belt filters and drum paper belt flters, this model has greater fitering capacity and better fitering effect, occupies a smaller area, and the filter belt can be recycled, saving the time of manual frequent replacement of the filter belt, and the cost of use is relatively low.After the filtered filter residue is sucked dry by the negative pressure fan,the oil (water) content is greatly improved compared with ordinary paper belt filters, reducing the waste of cutting oil. At present this model is widely used in the CNC machine tool industry, especially the high-precision grinding machine industry.

It is suitable for the filtration of coolant/oil in metal precision grinding or other processing,especially for gear grinding machines,crankshaft and camshaft grinding machines, and also for other CNC precision processing. Especially in large-scale batch processing workshops where non-stop operation is required.
