A3SS-XT5 Double filter HPC systems(High pressure coolant&Filtraion systems),adds a second fiter combination on the basis of the original filter combination, and the system comes with a booster pump, dvided into a main water tank and an auxiliary water tank, as well as a liquid slag recovery device. After the first set of combined filtration, the auxiliary water tank is already filled with clean coolant, and the second set of combined filtration ensures that the coolant is clean again, which is suitable for relatively harsh working conditions. Clean the liquid slag recovery device regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the auxiliary water tank.
Typical application scenario
It is suitable for applications requiring stable filtration, especially in high-end machine tools and other demanding scenarios. It combines a vortex separator and bag filter,with a vertically installed pump set in a skid-mounted structure. Compatible with rough and finish machining in vertical/horizontal machining centers, turning and milling machines, and other production lines,it is suitable for processing materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
