The Vortex separator uses a certain pressure to inject the liquid containing partide impurities into the cone at a high speed, so that the liquid generates external eddy curents in the cone. The solid particles in the liquid are thrown to the inner wall of the cone under the action of centrifugal force and discharged along the inner wall by the bottom flow port under the drive of gravity and liquid.The separated clean liquid spirals up along the axis of the cone after reaching the botom of the cone. The internal vortex is formed and discharged by the outlet of the vortex separator, so as to achieve the separation of dirty liquid and clean liquid. Suitable for separating partides in high speed grinding, strong grinding, general finishing coolant and low viscosity oil-based coolant. The vortex separator can be used in parallel to increase the flow rate, and can also be used in series to improve the fltration accuracy.
